I am an artist from West Greenwich, Rhode Island, currently residing in Seattle, Washington. I primarily create abstract paintings on paper and reclaimed wood, inspired by color, the beauty and intricacy of fluvial landforms, and the powerful sense of movement and energy in the natural world.
As a child I spent endless hours outside, playing in the woods behind my house. I explored natural spaces, learning about plants and trees, and connecting with the world around me. From a very young age, I loved to create drawings and paintings of nature. While I went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Hydrology and now work in horticulture, my passion for art remained strong. My love for nature has grown over the years as I spend much of my free time hiking, traveling, and always planning the next adventure.
I strive to create works of art that embrace and exhibit these parts of me and hope to create in a way that allows the viewer to feel connected to the energy of the surrounding world, as well as themselves.
